Extreme living with Awareness...

SlackLine

Find your balance walking, standing, sitting and moving along the one-inch webbing tethered between two trees.  We can show you how balance transfers into all capacities of your life while pushing your edge one step at a time.

Find Balance, Find Yourself

life is about balance. The good and the bad. The highs and the lows.

Acro Yoga

Utilizing the three disciplines of Acrobatics, Therapeutics, and Community through play, Acro Yoga a.k.a. Acro is a physical practice which combines yoga and acrobatics. The Base, Flyer and Spotter are all three equal participants, and community grows from the roots of the practice.

Slacklining

Slacklining is the use of a form of webbing that is tensioned between two anchor points to balance. Slacklining is similar to slack rope walking and tightrope walking as the line is held under tension.
